Submission Rules
Abstract Submission
3rd National Immunotherapy Symposium
Important Dates
Submission period: until August 31, 2026
Review period: September 1–30, 2026
Results and author feedback: October 5, 2026
Travel Awards
The five abstracts with the highest scientific evaluation scores will receive financial support (Travel Awards), contingent upon approval by the review committee.
Submission
Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the Google Form available at the link below.
Submission Guidelines

Presentations may be delivered in Portuguese or English.
-
References must be submitted separately from the abstract.
-
The abstract must follow the ABNT format.
-
References cited in the abstract should be minimal and indicated only by numbers.
-
The abstract must not exceed 2,000 characters, including spaces.
-
The abstract title must not exceed 255 characters, including spaces.
The submission form must include:

Full name of all authors
-
Email address
-
CPF (for Brazilian authors only)
-
Passport number (for international authors)
-
Institutional affiliation of all authors
Additional rules:

Abbreviations must be defined upon first use.
-
Abstracts must not include tables, graphs, or images.
Presentations and Evaluation Criteria
-
Presentations may be delivered in Portuguese or English.
-
All approved abstracts must be accompanied by a poster presentation. The poster must be presented exclusively by the submitting author (PRESENTER), at the time and location designated by the event organizers.

Presentations will be evaluated by an independent committee based on the following criteria:

Relevance of the topic
-
Originality and innovation
-
Clarity and objectivity of the presentation

Methodological and scientific quality of the research

Conclusions and contributions to the field

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
If a formal communication and justification for withdrawal is submitted, refunds will be processed within 45 days after the event.
Refunds follow the criteria below:

No justification: Request must be made up to 30 days before the start of the Symposium. Refund amount = 50% of the fee paid.

Health issues: Request must be made up to 5 days before the start of the Symposium. Refund amount = 80% of the fee paid.
-
Duplicate payment: Request must be made up to 5 days before the start of the Symposium. Refund amount = 100% of the fee paid.
-
Withdrawal within 7 days after payment: Refund amount = 100% of the fee paid.

No justification: Refund request form + proof of payment.

Health issues: Refund request form + medical certificate + proof of payment.
-
Duplicate payment: Refund request form + both payment receipts.
-
Withdrawal within 7 days after payment: Refund request form + proof of payment.
Important Information
-
Only one registration per CPF is allowed. Registrations are non‑transferable.
-
In case of reimbursement, your registration record will not be deleted from the system, meaning a new registration cannot be created.
-
Participants who pay the registration fee and later receive sponsorship or courtesy support from a laboratory will follow the “no justification” refund rule — only 50% of the amount paid may be refunded.
